All I do is text and talk, however; I hear that you need a data plan to work properly for t-mobile. My phone is unlocked and ready to work for t-mobile. Do I still need a data plan? All i really want is the clock to automatically sync to the right time but thats all I need.

If I buy the 4G data plan for blackberry from t-mobile (the only plan they offer for blackberries) will I get internet connection and if I do at 3G speeds? I know the 9530 doesn't have 4G capability but will I be getting 3G speeds?

I already went to the tmobile site. It's hard to find old phones that might have both features so please help me out.
