After updating to IOS 5 I seem to have lost access to some of my ringtones. They are still on Itunes, but I can't figure out how to get them back onto my phone. Any suggestions

For what its worth ive dealt with filmvault in a business capacity for close to 10 years, the sudden death of a very decent guy has no doubt left them in disarray.
