i have a blackberry curve 8520. i went to "manage connections" and the wifi box is checked but instead of having a check mark to the right to say it's connected it has a "-" instead... how can i fix that? because i don't have the data plan & rely on wifi for my web browsing...

are there any at all that do??? or do you HAVE to have the data plan in order to use ANY apps. cuz i'm having trouble using the twitter site in my browser. it either won't let me tweet or won't let me sign in. but when i change the setting to "firefox" or "internet explorer" browser it works...

I'm just wondering if it has GoogleTalk (GTalk) on it cuz I have a G1 right now and I use GTalk a lot. I'm trading my G1 for a BlackBerry 8520 tomorrow and just wanted to make sure it had GTalk. And if not, is there like an app I can get to be able to use GTalk.? Thanksss. :)

I can't send messages via text to Twitter it tells me "Free Msg: Receiver 40404 unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active" or get my MySpace and Face Book updates to my phone. Do I have to be the primary account holder to disable message blocking? If not can someone walk me through...
