I have already contacted the seller and they said I can return the item and get my money back but I'm not exactly sure how to do that...When the item comes do I simply put a new shipping info thing on the package and pay the shipping and send it?

My dad is switching our cell phones over to verizon which means I have to get a new phone from them. What are some good verizon cell phones that are not over $200 (something a lot lower than that would be even better)?
