How do I add my own Mp3s onto the phone so I can use them as a ring tone?

I can load it up fine and work on it for about 5 mins then it says "Adobe photoshop CS2 has stopped working". Any ideas how to fix this? I've tried repairing it on the control panel but this was a waste of time. thanks

I understand that high art is considered painting, sculpture etc and low art advertising etc but can anyone expand on this? cheers
