On street view, I can see a works van. The company name has not been blurred but other items on the side of the van have. The phone number is barely blurred but readable and not local to the area. I can also see a man next to it clear enough to be able to recognise him again. Is this legal?

I am looking to buy a pike fishing reel for pike of 20lb plus. I don't really know what I'm looking for and don't quite understand some of the reel stats. I've heard a Shimano Baitrunner is good but as I want to use 20lb line, most of them only say 12lb line so sorry for being a bit blonde, but...
