i am currently in the market for a new lcd 32'' inch tv but i am not sure what brand to go for ? -it needs to be under $400 -reliable -available for retail in australia or on the net links would be very handy if possible :D thanks.

i am about to start a fitness program to tone up, i am having a protein shake after a work-out but also want to watch what i am eating are there any food i should definitely stay away from that will not help me tone up ? thanks :)
