Hi I wear A line "business skirts", these look great with heels but this year I'm going to be working with kids. What shoes do you recommend?

Hi, I'm going to be working with small children in an environment in which it would be very rude to not be looking really good/well groomed. So I need to be able to run after them/play etc and be comfortable but look professional. Any tips would be welcome.
