So I have a 1968 Ford f100 that I have put in a new battery, alternator, voltage regulator, new battery cables but it still only puts out 12.21V on the battery when the truck is running. If I charge the battery it works but as it drains I have to charge it with a charger.....Any ideas?

The brakes work fine except when I put the parking break on the truck will still roll. Can anyone help?
