    You need to put the css code in style tags. Like so: <style type="text/css"> CSS CODES HERE </style> Then follow it with a body tag (<body>). If you would like a tutorial I have one linked in the "source" section.

    There is not HTML code for that. All there is, is a PHP code and it's very long. I wish I knew the code but I've never run a forum before and I'm not planning to. Sorry.
