    I need to know how to see a satellite images of a certain time?

    Sorry mate unless you have connections at NORAD there's no way to get images like that, also nothing with a high enough res to see who did it. If people could access stuff like that... who knows what they could do with it? Live tracking of everyone, Big Brother. Good luck with the insurance...

    Lunar eclipses usually occur about twice a year. And if it's in the penumbral shadow it is a PARTIAL eclipse.
