sometimes, when im just driving normally down the road, the car will studder, it sounds like it stalls for half a second, but then continues to run fine. whenever this happens, the tachometer stops working. i havent noticed any other problems with the car, any ideas?

Shortly i will be putting a 3in cat-back exhaust on my GTP. i will also be installing a ubend delete, and i plan on cutting out the cats. will i need to do any sort of engine remapping? if so, how can i go about doing it?
