What are the php urls called where they're like index.php?name=blah for content you click on? I'm trying to determin a way to have my navigation on the left, and the content load on the right, but without frames. Any ideas? thanks.

I don't know what country you're in but I'd ask the licence authorities to get a definate answer. I know here in the UK, you can actually drive a Reliant on a provisional licence, which is the one you get to be able to take lessons, because it's not really classed as a car.
