If I buy an unlocked iphone do I need any services like unlimited web to use the phone for t-mobile or can I use it without that? If I do need any services can you tell me which ones I need?

completly black and white without grey. where all darks are black and all lights are white. i have photoshop too so if you know how to do it in photoshop that would also be helpful.
