Why do I get a sharp pain in the back of my foot?
It's right on the back of my heel, it last like 3-4 seconds and usually does it a few times and then stops for a few hours then does it again. It hurt kind of bad and it's really annoying, it might be a cramp or something I don't know, I've never had a cramp so I wouldn't know what it feels...
