    Good wash out hair color brands?

    I really like Clairol Natural Instincts, but I'm looking for something a little more extreme. I want streaks of bright blue or red or something but I still want it to wash out like Natural Instincts. Any brand suggestions?? PLEASE?! =] thanks

    I mean, im from the uk and dont know much bout the us. I can tell that there is a strong black community and they are very proud: they tend to stay and have friends within the community itself and they got their own songs and artists that are perceived as "representatives" of the black community...
