I've had the Droid for a few months now and I definitely recommend it!! The web browsing is really fast and smooth, especially if you're on wi-fi. The music and video playback is amazing, even on its built-in speaker!! The media experience will be even bettger once flash is officially available...

My poor 9000 is ready for the graveyard. I've been considering the 9700 but wondering if anyone knows if the product roadmap has new OS6 devices that might be worth the wait. What do you think? Go 9700 or wait?

It does work fine, though. Their only issue is in 1) consistency, 2) eye candy, 3) QC/bug fixing 1 was a design choice. I do think it makes sense as it is, (web and everything related is one way, everything else is another), but they are going with the wind on that one and making it...
