Looking to bring some herbs in to over winter them under some shop lights. Have a couple T-12 fixture/shop lights. Heard go for the bulbs with the most lumens, and the right spectrum. So went with a warm at 3000K and a cool daylight by ge ecolux which is at 6500K. Is 6500K considered full...
