    under the steering wheel you have a fuse box, if you have your car manual find witch fuses are the lights and radio or you have to check them all one at the time using a continuity tester the one that fail the test replace them and you'll be in business

    All i know is that synthetic oil work best as an add-on to your regular oil sort of 1/4 of synthetic+ 3/4 of your regular oil

    why does my bike chain fall off?

    because your rear sprocket is not properly aligned with your drive sprocket, try playing with the rear wheel a little; i bet you will get it working properly
