Recent content by the man that answers

When I connect it with the usb to my computer it even asks my phone to go into mass storage mode and i click yes. then my computer recognizes its there by letting me go through its files but the Blackberry Desktop Software doesnt have my phone showing up. help? im trying to update my phone
