I was wonder if it is worth to switch my tran to a manuel in my '98 prelude. If it is, about how much would it be?

I am a low rank Marine that just bought a 98 honda prelude and i was wondering how to make it faster, more hp and all that. also how to make it handle better. if it is possible to list them from the cheapest but at the same time the most important first haha like i said LOW ranking Marine...
