Okay, so if someone says you threatened to kill them when you really didn't, can the state go through your stuff to see if there's anything incriminating? This literally just happened to a family member of mine, and I was wondering if they could actually do that.

Since I currently have a trial version of Photoshop, and it expires in a few days, I was wondering if I would be able to redownload it and it would work for another thirty days or not? I can't afford to buy the real thing, since it's like, $900. /:
