what are those pictures called with 4 images in one but with different color backgrounds?

Well, at the top of my T.V screen I have about 20 lines. They are easily spotted, and when you look at them, you can see a water like reflection. This reflection is very distracting and hard to avoid, please give me any advice or tips you can offer to help me fix it.
