I just bought this phone tonight, I thought i figured it out but now it vibrates twice and makes a little jingle noise whenever i receive a text. How would I go about making it JUST vibrate for everything (calls, text messages)

I'm not on the koodo tab but when I log in to the website it says under my phone number "Koodo Tab: 3", why is this? could they have made a mistake while I was getting it exchanged yesterday and they had to do registration for it again. I bought this phone out
