I want to get the most protein out of a chicken, or other meats when I cook them. Is it better to bake it? Stir fry it? And which meats is a better source of protein?
I want to know if there are any special colored patterned belt other then the regular solid ones out there.
Is there such thing as a gray belt? Not the MCMAP one.
And is there a sort of belt that you can wear if you want to keep secret the actual rank of your martial arts?
