My left bottom part of my palm is bruised. It's the part under the thumb. (The fleshy part of it) My palm is discoloured. It's a bit grey-ish,,, And I think I sprained my left wrist also. Please help! (Gym tomorrow... I don't want to exercise with those dumbbells!)

Okay well I am doing a project about Lawyers and I need to know what Lawyers make a month...well what they take home after the gov. takes money out of it! I would really appreciate if a Lawyer him/herself answered this so I could get the right answer thank you!!
