    it could be a nuraber of things, but most likely he has an app or something that hasnt been updated causing a conflict somewhere. the GM and the official release are exactly the same. They even have the same build nuraber.

Another big thing is that some android apps carry malicious stuff and iOS apps don't. Depending on what you look for and what you find good you'll be happy with...
