Yeah exactly... I'm with Nokia because of the feature set, other manufacturers don't touch it. The OS is also very nice for a smart phone.

That is "by design". My n95 does that too, when you hook up to USB it dismounts the memory card from the phone and allows the PC access to the memory card, bascially using the phone as a card reader. When you disconnect its like reinserting the memory card into the phone and garmin's auto run...
