    my ps3 bluetooth headset mic broke?

    so my bluetooth headset broke, i cant hear what ppl say through the speaker but i can speak through the mic and they hear me. can i somehow make the sound come out of the tv and not through the speaker of the headset or is there anyway i can fix the speaker?
