l bought a phone (model: i9+++) GSM Quad-band Cell Phone but there is no wifi connection on it so l was wondering if it is possible to download it from the internet and install it on the phone?

I just got some rubber bands on my braces today and I'm really worried about my mouth's alignment right now. I originally have an overbite but with the rubber bands on it looks like I have a serious underbite... is this normal? Will things even out in the end? Agh my mouth looks so deformed and...
