contact nokia USA (you can use the 800 number on their website). they will troubleshoot with you, and if they can't figure it out they'll have you mail it into their their outsourced service center (PALCO). you then wait 3 weeks and hopefully you'll get a usable device back.
You don't know that. All you know is it works ok for you. You don't know what you're missing until you do a hard reset after flashing. The only way to get 100% of the new function of new firmware is to hard reset.
Even Roadsync is not up to iPhone 3.0. In Roadsync you can only see Inbox subfolders. On the iPhone I can see all subfolders - every last one of them, have each synced up to 200 messages so each will be search able instantly. Then if I choose I could server search each of those folders.
