I was thinking the other day you have to pay your own court and/or jail costs. What would happen if i refused to pay those? i find it crazy and ridiculous that in Kentucky people have to pay their own jail costs, that's insane! Nobody chooses or wants to be put in jail, you shouldn't have to pay...
