What is your opinion of a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire? What does it include (power windows, cd player, etc)? Is it good for a first car?

...a 16 year old girl's first car? I've noticed a c. 2001 Chevy Cavalier for sale down the road from me. I am trying to save up for a car and I was looking into it. Is it a good car for a 16 year old girl and what does this car include (power locks, cd player, etc.)?
