    I'd really like to try a sport, but i'm too scared to try one, what should I do?

    I'm not a very sporty person, and I can only do long distance running okay. I'd like to try a sport like basketball, but I'm scared of being embrassed, because i'm not very good. This year I tried out for a team, and didn't make it! What do you recommend I do?
