I've been working out everyday for about 2 weeks now I ride 5 miles on my stationary bike and then I do one hundred crunches but my stomach looks bloated and pushed out, I can feel my abs. Also I've lost my appetite, not that I don't eat I'm just not as hungry. And I know it takes time, waaaay...
