Have you considered CBT therapy? Medication can only do so much. The corabination can help you gain control over this while you are still young. Good luck!

what does this mean?

I don't like it and I personally don't feel like adding a y to a name makes it any more feminine. If I'm going to use a unisex name on a girl I'll just spell it the right way because I think it looks nicer on paper that way and both names will sound identical when you say them.

You may enjoy Mervyn Peake's "Gormenghast" books. Personally, I find them slightly inferior to "The Chronicles of Prydain", but they're still very good and highly entertaining.
