I've had some confusion with this: Is Paul black or white? Don't be racist about it. I'm only wondering because I need to do a report about Paul's and Grant's relationship.

I was looking at Adobe Flash CS4 and I was shocked at it's price. Of course, it's a professional animation software. Are there any cheaper flash programs that are compatable with Vista or XP? Thank you very much!
