I feel pretty low about myself and i dont want to feel like this anymore..its been like 4-5 years now and i'm about to turn 22.

can i take a size 0 jeans to a tailor and have them take about 1/2-1 inch of starting from the waist - down??? ***i know this tailor lady that would fix my pants for like $12...they are abercrombie n fitch brand and i got them at a thrift store brand new for $8...so i think it is worth the $$$$
