So I really am trying to focus on getting healthy instead of skinny now.
I'm down to a weight I'm comfortable at (135) so I want to get toned and firm now.
I have big love handles and a small butt which is my biggest insecurity, so I want to make my love handles smaller and butt more firm/big...
I'm a sophomore this year and I did track 7th and 8th grade. I did all the throwing events back then, but the javelins were WAYY shorter and possibly lighter. The discuss and shot put were slightly lighter as well. I remember how to throw a javelin, not so much the foot work though, but how hard...
