Anybody know of a program for my tv tuner card that will allow me to display the tv picture in a small window overlaying other applications, or more specifically games? Free or paid I don't mind. It just has to let me play my games and watch tv at the same time.

Never. I would still get upset if sad things happened to me or people I know but as for boredom. I really can't see that happening with such an ammount of money.
