    Is it bad to eat before working out?

    What bad can come from eating before jogging? I know stomach cramps can come with excessive eating, but what if I just ate a few salad leaves before I went jogging? Does exercise hinder the absorption of nutrients?

    AP Calculus AB test (high school)?

    If you took this class in HIgh school please answer. The two smartest people in my school last year both scored a 1 on the test so I'm having second thoughts about it now and wondering if I should switch out of it. Thanks
