QWERTY, resolution, screen size, an LED, a lens cover, either microSD or 24GB, solid build quality, most of the movie watching I do at lunch or break or what not since the tiny, low rez screens don't appeal at all. Bout the only thing that I would gain, OTOH, is a physical numpad and IR.
