Having a horse with a big penis and a guy underneath it might have been funny in third grade, but I like to think that people playing black ops are at least a little older than that. Is anyone else completely sick of all these ignorant players making these sick emblems?

There's a certain BOT that I've decided I want to move to and become a citizen (or subject?), but I haven't been able to find any guidelines on this. Can someone point me in the right direction?
