Can a screen shot of my Ontario (Canada) Health Insurance Plan card and a screen shot of part of my birth certificate be used for identity theft?

I got this along with my 2010 Civic, but it still hasn't shipped yet apparently and its been 4 weeks, does anyone have any previous experience with regards to this?

I ordered a bass works system with my 2010 civic in march 2010 and now its may and its been 4 weeks and the bass works hasn't come in yet...how long does it take?

I bought the bass works system as an accessory with my brand new 2010 Civic. Bought the car in the second week of march, and the guy who sold it to me at the dealership said it still never came in yet and its almost MAY. Is it normal that it takes this long?
