Between the Navy and Marines. I sort of want to do somthing just to lend to humanitarian aid. I have had a pretty cushy middle class life style and as a HS senior this year am looking at ways I can give back not necesarily to the "United States" but to society in general.

No, maybe the training for rescue swimmers, he might have been confused. However, the marines gets the title hands down for Basic training of officers and enlisted.

Somthing like 10-15 miles, I think it was the last thing they did in training like a gauntlet. I dont think thats too hard to run, especailly since they probally let you march it a bit and the time cant be too intense but its still probably tough.

Would they? I mean can reptilian creatures or insects evolve to our thought capacities? Or is it a purley mammalian, or even primate ability of function. certainly if there are other species on Earth who have complicated though similar to our own I would assume it would be some other mammal. Am...
