I have Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox both updaited plus Flash Player updaited as Well and If I run a Video in YouTube on 240p, 480p, 720p or 1080p It will Show a Black Screen on the video only and the volume and full screen button are like frozen. I can only See video if its 360p NOT...
