I'm playing The Sims FreePlay on my iPod Touch 3rd Generation. I chose not to set up the Origin account attached to the mailboxes. Am I going to be stuck seeing the mail icon at the mailbox all the time? Is there a way to delete the icon?

When playing the baking mini game, I'm trying my best to hit the baked goods when I think they are done (when the steam starts to rise for "Smurfy" grade), but quite often the touch screen doesn't respond so my baked goods end up getting burnt. Should I just accept that this is going to happen...
