ok i have a 8gb sandisk usb to day it said that it 7.47GB of total space i installed ubuntu on the usb i played around in ubuntu and i did not like it so i booted up windows and it said i need to re-format my usb so i did and it only recognized 7.11gb how do i get back my lost usb space!?

is there a HTML code where it will change the characters in a web browsers URL bar? and could i put it on my myspace page? thank you:)
