    I can't sleep is it because of what I ate?

    Ok so I've been vegan for 2weeks and tonight I broke and ate tacos and cheese fries before I went to sleep and now I feel disgusting bloated wanna puke tossing and turning for the past 3hours I know this will never happen again I feel sooooooo dehydrated now what should I do I made a huge mistake

    and if it does, do i still have to pay for it if someone calls overseas and i pick up?
