    Upgrade Sony Vaio processor?

    I have a Sony Vaio VGN-TX650P and want to know if it is at all possible to upgrade my processor. I do not mind taking apart my laptop; I just want to know if it is possible and what type of processors are compatible. Also, is the CPU soldered in or removable? Sony would not tell me anything.

    Can I unlock my processor?

    I know that it is possible to turn an AMD Sempron 140 into a dual core processor. I have an Asus M4N68T-M motherboard, and I do not think that it has ACC. Is it at all possible for me to unlock my processor's extra core with my current system?
